Philadelphia Open Studio Tours: The Common Press!

This Saturday, October 4 from noon until 6 pm, The Common Press opens its doors to the public! As part of POST (Philadelphia Open Studio Tours).

The Common Press is located in the basement of The Morgan Building at 34th and Locust. Please stop by to pull a print on the letterpress and check out work by past/present students and visiting artists!

I will also have a variety of greeting cards I have made during the past few months to show/tell/sell!

Basekamp: The First Day Of The Rest Of Our Lives

This weekend, Sofie and I moved into our new studio workspace at Basekamp. We have a snug little room for working, a cavernous gallery space for playing, an equipped woodshop area, multiple rooftops for gardening or soaking in the crazy views, and best of all...enormous windows to lounge in and dangle your legs out over Chestnut Street, while watching the most absurd people come and go from Morimoto Restaurant.





The theme of the season (as always?) is Productivity. Let's add in some Ingenuity, Honest Labor, and Self-Sufficiency...for good measure.
