This week, I had the honor and pleasure of spending time with my friend Avery in the relative sunlight of April-time Philadelphia. Avery lives in New Orleans now - a strange and fantastical city that is home to an array of strange, fantastical customs and strange, fantastical characters. Avery brought a letterpress print of pennies that he had printed earlier in the year! He had super-glued them all to a board to create the block. The inconsistencies in the metal heights are striking and delightful.
